Choosing a billing partner is a high-stakes decision that most practices only make once every few years, without much visibility into how vendors actually compare. Marketing pages tell you what a company wants you to hear. We built this directory to give practice owners and administrators a more honest starting point: independently researched profiles that lay out pricing model, denial management approach, contract terms, and specialty fit in the same format for every listing, so you can actually compare vendors side by side.
How We Research Listings
Every listing on this directory is compiled through independent research of each company's public website, published materials, and third-party sources — not information the company submitted to us. We do not accept payment for inclusion or placement, and no listing's position in search results, category pages, or rankings is influenced by any commercial relationship with the company profiled.
Where a company's performance claims are self-reported and not independently audited (clean claim rates, denial percentages, client counts, and similar figures), we say so explicitly rather than presenting marketing numbers as verified facts. Where we could not confirm a detail — geographic coverage, contract terms, or certifications — we say that too, rather than guessing or omitting the question entirely.
What Makes a Listing
Every company profile follows the same structure: an overview of what the company does and who it's built for, a short sourced quote from the company's own materials, answers to the questions practices most often need answered before signing (pricing model, denial management, geographic coverage, contract terms), and an editorial note disclosing how the profile was compiled.
We list companies because they're relevant to a specialty and meet a baseline bar of being a real, findable business with genuine service claims — not because they've paid for placement.
